Hello! My name is Jørgen, and I'm a 25-year-old dedicated to the world of sports and fitness. My journey began at the tender age of four, and since then, my passion for physical activity has only grown stronger.

I hold a Master's degree in Physical Education, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the science behind exercise and athletic performance. This academic background, combined with years of personal experience, enables me to create effective and engaging training programs tailored to individual needs.

Currently, I work as both a physical education teacher and a running coach. In my role as a teacher, I inspire young minds to develop a love for physical activity and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. As a running coach, I apply my expertise to help runners of all levels achieve their personal bests, whether they're just starting out or looking to compete at higher levels.
