- Ideal for anyone who wants to try to run a 10k in under 50 minutes
- Five runs each week
- First week with a total of 35km
- The biggest week with a volume of 50km
- 8 weeks in length, with easy-to-understand structured training with time set aside for you to implement your own strength training
