I’ve designed this for anyone who has run a 60-minute 10k in the past and is looking to improve on their previous time!

  • Ideal for anyone who wants to try to run a 10k in under 50 minutes
  • Five runs each week
  • First week with a total of 35km
  • The biggest week with a volume of 50km
  • 8 weeks in length, with easy-to-understand structured training with time set aside for you to implement your own strength training
